MEMBER : KELLY JANE BRUTON

During Kelly's residency at Fishing for Success in 2024, she began making fish leather from cod skin. She created a recipe book to be shared with visitors, students and anyone interested in making fish leather. They are large pages with samples of the tannin used and are designed to be photographed to enable easy sharing of information.
